Japanese greetings would not be enough when you come to Japan. It doesn’t stop there anyway. This time we learn more conversation sentences. Definitely, as a newcomer in a certain place, you want to gain more friends. This starts by telling your name with them or vice versa. In Japan, the conversation goes this way.

” WATASI WA ANI- DESU ” means I am Annie. ” I am (Blank) . You can put your name on the blank. 

Going back to Greetings 3 , You learned ” HAJIMEMASITE “ .After such, you should introduce your name.

” WATASI “ means, I is subject .  ” DESU ” is verb as predicate.  ” WA ” is participle.

After ” WA ” , you can put your status. Examples like students ” GAKUSEI ” , doctor ” ISYA “ etc.
