I have a lot of experiences of going to Philippines. Of course, those reasons are for my work related matters. While staying there, It was a good experience in my life. This time, I have to introduce some of my experiences.
In traveling to Philippines, we can choose some Airlines. There are some airlines, as well as LCC airlines.It is recommended to use the Local airlines. You have to choose Cebu pacific or Philippine airline as the flagship carrier in the country.You can feel the local ambience during the trip.You can see the native Filipinos around or anywhere.I have observed that the locals carried a lot of belongings.You can see the culture difference in some Asian countries.
Filipinos are very friendly especially to foreigners.They are hospitable and approachable.In going to Philippines, it takes for around 3 hrs of travels from Japan. Even though in the middle of the trip, I enjoyed the environment inside the plane because I don’t get bored.Passengers are easy to mingle even at the first meeting.
When you arrived at the airport, you will get surprised Again, because a lot of people waiting outside to welcome their family or friends.You can hear the noise and feel the humid air. An Indication that you already arrived.
While at the airport, you can get a taxi sending you off to your place but you have to expect high fare. This is not normal.Taxi drivers prefer to choose the new customers whom they think are rich. Of course, not only in the Philippines, there are some advantageous people too in some Asian countries. For beginners and for not usual travellers, they can catch the passengers easily.We have to be aware and take care of ourselves.
After that, you have to opt any accommodations or must stay in friend’s house.You can touch the different culture and friendly people in there.
